Wearing Sequins After the Party

The parties are over - well, there will always be parties, but the holidays and glam of NYE are over and I know sequins were a huge draw this season.  I ended up with a sequin dress, skirt, short sleeve tee, tank and bag... ya, that's a lot of sequins.  So now I'm challenging myself to work them into my everyday wardrobe (but not everyday).  Plus, I'll want to wear my sequins again come spring...

For dinner with friends, I mixed my glitzy sequin skirt with my big, chunky J.Crew Amadé sweater:

I think this outfit can go from day to evening.  I added the necklace to dress it up a little further, but could be easily removed for office and my booties are very versicle:
