Favorite Wears: Transitioning into Spring

Whether it's warm or not, I'm starting to incorporate spring pieces into my outfits. I just can't with winter anymore.... This sweet, subtle floral skirt pairs perfectly with stripes (as seen here) and those winter sweaters that are still needed (and now on sale!), and it'll last me through all the seasons.  I also love using shoes to add a pop of color, which also helps me get into a more spring-like state of mind.

I got this skirt as part of my Dia & Co box, which I have come every other month from a stylist, and send back what doesn't work (free shipping/returns). It's like any other stylist box out there right now (all the rage, and I see why!), but with sizes 14+ so put together with my size and body type in mind. I can send specific requests and inspiration on, and it's fun to get things that surprise me for new brands I would not have found myself, some exclusive to them.

Similar pieces to my look:

I love getting to spend extra time with Liam. He's getting so big and old so fast. His school is closed at different times than Nora's is, so we get extra time to do things that he likes. And I love that he likes to go to coffee shops with me. ;) I'm guessing it's for the donuts. The kid loves going out to breakfast - it's his favorite meal.  Monarch Coffee is a bright spot, and I loved getting this little booth to eat and sip together.
