This girl has been perfecting her walking skills since her first birthday and now that they're pretty good (I mean, she still has that super cute drunken sailor waddle thing going on that I swoon for), she wants to be free of any arms that keep her from walking. She wiggles down, squirms until I put her on her own two feet. And then, she does a cute little run towards me when I hold out my arms... it's the cutest thing ever. Sometimes she'll run right into my arms, I'll swing her around and she squeals. Other times, she tease me - stops midway, turns around and runs the other way giggling. She is sassy that one.
Today, Nora and I are sharing our Valentine's Day-ready looks that include subtle girly pops. For me, I'm wearing the Off to Play dress from Downeast Basics that has a subtle layer of lace. I mixed this teal dress with other jewel tones for a colorful look, including matching yellow shoes with my girl. For Nora, she's just being her funky-cool self and sporting stripes on stripes, a big neon heart and pops of pink. I love her look, it just suits her so.
