Favorite Wears: A Skirt that Flows
This skirt is light and silk(like)y, which means it's the most fabulous maxi-skirt for summer ever. I love the flow of it and how it easily dresses up my favorite t-shirt. It also happens to be from Ross, and was only $16. So that's a steal if I do ay so myself.
