Trip to Steamboat Springs, CO
Have you ever been to Steamboat Springs, CO? It's about a 3.5 hour drive from the Denver airport (or also has a small airport you can fly directly into), but totally worth the drive (or extra airfare). This little ski-town was full of picturesque scenery, rustic building structures, a quaint downtown and a plethora of outdoor adventures!
After a full week of work travel in California, I flew straight to Colorado for the weekend where I met my husband and friends coming from Kansas City. We made the trek to Steamboat for a wedding (see tomorrow's post for that beautiful event), but found time to fit in a night out, brunch and a hike, too. Some of these pictures don't even look real, they're so pretty. But I assure you, they are. Here's a few photos from our Steamboat adventures - check back for the wedding photos tomorrow!
{just a thousand years preggo, wearing a kimono on our first night out in Steamboat.}
{The next day, a little pre-hike brunch at Winona's in downtown Steamboat}
{The hike through Fish Creek Falls was super easy - being so preggo and all and thus the street wear in my maternity denim top and sneaks - yet beautiful and full of photo opportunities}
