Be Yourself, Together: Four Wedding Gift Pairing Ideas
I've been to quite a few fabulous weddings this past summer, with one more to come! One of the things that gives me the most anxiety about attending a wedding, believe it or not, is not what I'm going to wear, but the gift I'm going to give. You'd think you'd just select something off the couple's registry and be done, but whether it's finding the perfect item from their registry that will make them happy every time they use it or something that each person will love equally (a feat in its own), I want my gift to mean something.
It's usually pretty hard to find something the suits both people on the receiving end. That's why I'm so excited to team up with Target Wedding and to get to know their registry campaign a bit more. They came up with such a great idea that I'm loving... pairing two items, to represent each as individuals, gifted together mean so much more. So, thinking about some of my own friends who've recently married and their differences, here are a few Target wedding gift pairing ideas for different types of people and couples!
The "Adventure" Couple - the Traveler & Ourdoorsmen
Those that love to find adventure through travel or outdoors!
{Luggage or Weekender Bag or Travel Multi-Plug + Schwinn Bike or Bike Helmet/Lock}
The "Party-Throwers" - the Bartender & Baker
Those that love to serve up a good time, whether making drinks or baking treats!
{Bar Accessories + KitchenAid Mixer or Cake Stand/Tiered-Serveware}
The Couple on Opposite Schedules - the "Night Owl" & the "Early Bird"
Those on opposite schedules... think of all the "me" time they'll each get when the other is sleeping!
{Wireless Headphones or Roku + Keurig Single Brewer/in bright yellow or Coffee Mugs}
For the "Tech-Lover" & the "Decorator"
For the one that loves the gadgets and the one late loves to decorate!
{Panasonic Cameras + Picture Frames}
Best part is, you can shop for wedding gifts in-store or online. Here are a few items I spotted in-store:
