I often put my 3 to 4-day unwashed hair up into a bun, or at least I try, but you never really know what the end results will look like, how it's going to take that particular day. Today was a good, a real good bun day. And one I'll probably never be able to replicate again. At least I have these photos to remember it by...
In case you care about my specific bunning way, I started with a hair ponytail, teased the backside of my ponytail and then just swooped it around the base of the ponytail until I thought I might have something to work with (took a few tries). Then I bobbi-pinned and hairsprayed the heck out of it!
On another note, thank you, thank you, thank you for all your sweet comments, Instagram "hearts" & notes, tweets and Facebook comments on my "Little Announcement" the other day. I was a little nervous to come out with the news... I worry if it's too early or if I'll jinx something, but your excitement made me even more excited for our growing family. I was even more excited to learn that many of you are also expecting!! There is nothing better than going through this amazing journey along with friends.
oh and ps, this outfit was actually worn about a week ago, when I was 15 weeks along (I plan to tag my outfits at what week in my pregnancy I am at for better pregnancy outfit idea surfing later).
