What's in your Beach Bag?

Here's a peek into my beach bag!

All this for one person? Well if Liam was coming with me, we'd be forgetting about the cute yellow bag and grabbing the suitcase.  It's taking a village to get him to the beach. Babies come with a lot of stuff.

Here are the details of my mama-only bag:

Products (from left to right): I'm a total baby about sun damage and getting burned now (my 16 year old self would be laughing at me and call me), so I'm not messing around and pulling out the waterproof, high SPF. 

I use L'Oreal specifically for my face and if I need a bit of extra help with covering my blotchy skin (aka care about how I might look laying by the pool), I layer on Garnier Skin Renew (which also has SPF for wearing on non-pool days).  

Yes to (taking off all that goop when my time in the sun is done) facial wipes in calming cucumber and having beachy waves (similar).

Entertainment: I always take a magazine (and I'm way behind on my reading these days so I have lots to choose from) and my iPad (in Kate Spade case, love the camel print) for reading books. I love that no one will know what I'm reading...so I can read inappropriate things like that 50 Shades of Gray series.

What I Wear: A big sun (or fedora or panama) hat is a must. I'm rotating between all mine, but super sunnies days call for the big brim. Meow. Cat-eye is all the rage and these sunnies (similar) are my current fav. Of course a swim suit is a must and so is a cover up.

(Bag is from Marshalls, Towel vintage - well, from a trip to Maui when I was in high school and swim cap &goggles are from my old swimming days)
