Dressing up a simple dress sans jewelry? But an over-sized Carrie Bradshaw-esq flower of course. Sometimes it's nice, especially on a hot day, to leave the heavy metal (statement necklace) at home and go for something light and airy that packs a pop of color. This outfit seemed a lot cute than the effort it took to put it together.
