My friend Erica and I headed to a local Goodwill on our way to "real" shopping to drop off bags of my own clothing for donation. Before we left the store, we decided to take the plunge into thrifting. I've been wanting to do this for awhile and glad I finally did. So what's thrifted here? My old lady, faux-silk button down, big enough to barely button over my bump blouse. I think this will still be a great shirt for post-pregnancy (and a good wash since I already spilled on myself) for that looser look.
I was even more excited when I found this shirt and it reminded me of a J.Crew one I've been wanting (and would have gotten if I wasn't pregnant). So this J.Crew look inspired my outfit with my $2 thrifted blouse.
I picked up a few other things too, like a gold necklace (worn as a bracelet yesterday), a silk scarf you'll see soon and an old, icky baking sheet for an upcoming DIY project. I'm definitely hooked! Need to do some more thrifting. :)
