Dress for Less: Anthro Floral Skirt

I have been in love with Anthro's Pollen Promise Skirt ever since I saw it paired with my new Four Petal Cardi.

But for almost $200, I'm not getting it.  That is quite steep if you ask me! So lower cost options I'm considering:
