Shoulder Pads? Oh No.

Not a fan of this Gossip Girl outfit... no no no to shoulder pads:

Here, Serena (Blake Lively) wears a green mini-dress - you can't see the shoulder pads or deep key-hold in the back, but this character actually wore this to work in Gossip Girl. Pulease.
