Perfect Mantel

For decorating ideas - I like having a focal point to draw the eye too...like my friend's perfect mantel. This fireplace mantel ties in all the colors of her room/area around it and is layered with texture and interest.
Some things I like about this setup: how the art work is propped against the wall and not hung; I like how it is slightly off centered, too; the greenery that add texture and lime into the display, the bright shot of teal in the vase, all this anchored by the white mantel and flanked by the lime curtains. So cute.
